If you answered "yes" to any or all of the above, it's not your fault and you are not alone.
According to research, 95% OF DIETERS FAIL long term...
Yet, the diet industry is a $40 billion industry in the US and over 49% of Americans admit to attempting to lose weight each year.Â
Clearly, dieting is NOT the answer.Â
And not having enough "motivation" is NOT the problem.Â
It's time for a whole new approach to nutrition, fitness, wellness, and health where individuality, intuition, and acceptance come first...
Inside the program, you will receive access to 8 modules packed with video lessons, audio practices, workbooks, guides, PDFs, integrative practices, and more.

*THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF THESE AVAILABLE EACH MONTH*
Hi,Â
My name is Liz and I am an MBEC, NARM Practitioner, certified breathwork facilitator, and Licensed Mental Health Counseling graduate school student. For years weight loss, working out, and my relationship with food and my body consumed my life. My mind was filled with endless negative thoughts, judgments, and self-criticism. I obsessively tracked my calorie intake just to binge all the foods I restricted later in the week. I felt so uncomfortable in my body and desperately wanted to reach my goals so that I could *finally* be happy and content in my life.Â
Eventually, the chronic dieting, undereating, and overexercising caught up with my body and I developed several chronic illnesses and was no longer able to work out. I was forced to look internally and take time to reassess my relationship with food and my body.Â
As I set out on my own healing journey, I developed a passion for psychology and understanding how our brain impacts our habits and actions. I made it my mission to study and blend psychology, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation with nutrition, fitness, and wellness to help others build sustainable healthy routines, habits, and lifestyles filled with acceptance and compassion rather than overwhelm, obsession, and shame.Â
Hence, the Unbounded Body Program was created.
As much as health and fitness influencers & brands may try to convince you otherwise, there is no person on this earth that can tell you that you will for sure lose weight with a particular diet, program, or routine (at least not sustainably).
Yes, there is a lot of evidence suggesting an overall calorie deficit combined with exercise can lead to weight loss. However, there is also plenty of research suggesting that a calorie deficit and exercise do not produce results for many people.
And for years, I was one of those people… I tried program after program and diet after diet with no “results.”
Being in this industry, I have worked with 100s of clients over the years who are doing everything “right” according to the health and fitness industries and yet are not seeing the results they desire.
The goal for UBP is for every single client to walk away with a life-changing experience that goes above and beyond weight loss.
Although some clients within UBP lose weight, weight loss is not the main focus or priority within the program. UBP is built on the belief that all bodies are worthy of respect, love, and acceptance. We do not view one body type as “better” than any other and recognize many of the toxic ideas and beliefs that exist surrounding body inclusivity and weight stigma within diet culture and the fitness industry.Â
However, we also recognize the desire that some individuals have to pursue weight loss or fitness in a healthy and sustainable way. UBP is designed to help you build healthy and sustainable habits whether or not you intend to lose weight. This program is different than any other fitness program out there because we will work on laying down a strong internal foundation (self-acceptance practices, mindset, emotional regulation, psychoeducation, mindfulness techniques, etc.) before implementing any habits or actions.Â
Studies indicate that the majority of those who utilize dieting as a method for weight loss gain the weight lost plus more back within 3-5 years. In UBP we want you to be set up for health for life. We are not focused on quick fixes or rapid weight loss as these methods are not only destructive to our bodies but also are not sustainable long term. Weight loss is not the main focus because you are so much more than just your body & you deserve to feel confident and accept and respect yourself regardless of your physical appearance. One guarantee in life is that your body will age and change over time. Our goal is to help you accept your body in all stages and phases of life.
Within the program, you will be notified when content relates to the pursuit of weight loss with the option to opt-out of that content if weight loss is not a desire or yours or healthy for your journey. You are welcome in this program if you are solely looking for internal results (confidence, reduced stress, letting go of food rules or obsession, healing your relationship with your body, etc.). Not everyone wants or is in a healthy place to lose weight! This program is designed to help you attain your healthiest body! For some, this may even mean weight gain! It all depends on your unique situation and your body's current needs!Â
While my program does help those struggling with cyclical dieting and their relationship with food and their body, it is not designed specifically to help those with diagnosed eating disorders. As someone who has recovered from an eating disorder, I advocate for the importance of seeking a licensed counselor/therapist for support. Feel free to revisit this program in the future when you are physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy to do so, or ask your therapist if this program can be completed alongside your therapy sessions. Feel free to provide your therapist with this email, [email protected], to ask any questions about the program.
Yes! We are so confident that this program will deliver above and beyond your expectations. However, we understand that health and wellness are not one size fits all and it is important that this program feels like the right fit for you.
You have 14 days to explore and integrate the program and if after those 14 days, you are not satisfied or do not feel that it is the right fit for you, email us at:Â [email protected]Â and show us your completed integration form and we will provide a no-questions-asked 100% refund!
Since this is a digital product and each week you will gain access to new content, we have chosen a 14-day refund period. Within this time, you will receive access to all of the introduction material, all of module one, and all of module two. You will also be able to see all of the unlocked content that you will have access to if you decide to remain in the program. We cannot extend the refund time past 14 days as too much content will already be delivered by this time.Â
When you first join the program, you will have immediate access to the intro module and all of module 1. The remaining modules will release one at a time on a weekly basis (module 2 drops one week after you join the program, module 3 drops one week after module 2, module 4 drops one week after module 3, etc.).Â
Each module is packed with information and it is important to go slow and soak everything in. It is also very important that this course is completed in chronological order. For these reasons, not all of the content is accessible immediately.Â
Yes, absolutely!
Whether you have allergies, intolerances, or are following a particular diet due to health reasons, you can still follow along with the program.Â
There is a video in the program that covers how to go through the program if you have specific dietary requirements, however, there is no specific diet protocol to follow in this program. The majority of the content is psychology and mindset-based therefore, you will only make changes to what you are eating if it feels right to you.Â
*For some, "health reasons" become a way to justify following a restrictive diet so it is important to determine if the diet you are following is truly for your health. Throughout UBP, you will assess different nutritional beliefs and may decide that you do not need to follow a particular protocol but always check with your doctor before making changes if you are following a diet for particular health reasons.*
No. There are no meal plans, calorie counting, or portion control in UBP.
In UBP, you will learn how to nourish your body while experiencing freedom with food (no food rules or "off-limits" foods). You will learn how to listen to your body, your hunger and fullness cues, and how to implement strategies for impulsive tendencies that lead to bingeing and overeating.
You will develop a whole new approach and understanding of nutrition, movement, and nourishment that respects and honors your body.
