I am ready to join (start date July 22nd)

Meet your facilitator...

Hi, I’m Liz—a licensed associate therapist, educator, and advocate for individuals living with chronic and invisible illnesses.
I created this group not only from clinical experience, but from deep personal understanding. I’ve spent years navigating my own complex health journey, including chronic pain, fatigue, dysautonomia, hormonal and gastrointestinal issues, and the emotional toll of living in a body that doesn’t always cooperate. I know firsthand how isolating, confusing, and exhausting this path can be.
As both a mental health professional and a person living with chronic illness, it’s become my mission to bridge the gap between physical health and emotional support. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends DBT, nervous system education, somatic tools, and deep validation. My goal is to offer you a space where you feel seen, empowered, and never alone.
Outside of my group and 1-1 work, I advocate through social media to spread awareness, fight stigma, and build community for those living with invisible illnesses.
You're not too much. You're not imagining it. And you don’t have to carry it all alone.
